Legal basis and purposes of personal data processing.

The processing of your data is carried out in relation to the fulfilment of the task of OXFORD PRIMARY SCHOOL Magdalena Galuszka English Primary School, as specified by law.

The data will not be transferred to other entities, except to those entitled to process it on the basis of the law.

Your personal data will be kept only for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or for the time required by law. Once the purpose for which your data was collected has been fulfilled, they may be kept only for archival purposes, for a period to be determined primarily on the basis of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 18 January 2011 on the Registry Instruction, the Uniform Tangible Lists of Files and the Instruction on the Organisation and Scope of the Operation of Company Archives, unless specific provisions provide otherwise.
