Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

Oxford English Primary School is located in Bielsko-Biała at 30 Krakowska Street, in the building of the former Teachers’ College. There is a large garden with a playground at the back of the building.

All classrooms are spacious, bright and colourful, and each classroom is equipped with the necessary teaching aids. We have our own sports hall. We also use the nearby Luce Arena Gymnasium. The school is intimate and classes have a maximum of 16 students.

Our mission is to provide children with the best possible conditions for learning and development. We focus on an intimate atmosphere, excellent staff and an innovative curriculum. We emphasise mathematics, science and languages. English is the leading language and accompanies students not only in typical English lessons. Our teachers from the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia teach nature, mathematics, art and even physical education in English. Their constant presence in the school ensures that the language is learnt in a natural way – through daily conversation, participation in shared meals, games, workshops and excursions. We also offer other foreign languages – Spanish and German – as an option from Year 1.

We also aim to instil a love of maths and science in the children. Through science workshops at the Unikids Children’s University, we try to instil in our students a love of subjects such as physics, chemistry, maths and biology, which are generally not very popular with, for example, secondary school students. This is often blamed on poor teaching methods: a lack of experience in the classroom, too much focus on theory rather than practice. We also emphasise an educational programme based on universal Christian values. Each student can expect an individual approach and treatment.

We hope that our experience and passion will contribute to the creation of a place that will inspire you to learn about the world and to find constant joy in learning, which is what we wish for your children and for our charges.
